21-year-old Malay Female Yet Remained Physically Fit after took the First Moderna Jab
By Staff Reporter
21-year-old Malay female with a past medical history of slipped disc and muscle laxity (hypermobility) – yet remained physically fit – took the first Moderna jab on 5th July 2021.
One day later, she felt tingling and numbness in her fingertips and right leg. On 7th July, there was pain and increased numbness in her left leg making her unable to apply pressure on her left leg when walking.
She sought help at the hospital and was admitted for 6 days, undergoing physiotherapy. On 13th July, she was discharged from the hospital and is reliant on a walking stick in order to walk.
Doctors are unable to find anything wrong from all the scans they did and are also in agreement that the old slip disc is not a possible reason for the impairment in her left leg. They have also told the family that because HSA does not have enough cases similar to this victim, they are unable to classify this case as a vaccine side effect.
We thank this young lady for sharing the latest video of her walking ability with us.
